Shereta began her career as a fitness instructor and health and wellness coach in 2000. In 2016, Shereta created Aterehs, a circuit-training program focused on “ageless training with effective results & healthy steps” that are tailor-made specifically for each client to push your body to its best fitness level. Shereta teaches cycling, Pilates, yogalates, strength training, core conditioning and boot camp, and she coaches running & hiking. Each class is infused with her trademark humor and personality, making for a fun and rigorous workout for everyone. Shereta, affectionately known as “Coach,” is a natural extrovert with a spiritual and soulful nature, who loves encouraging and inspiring others. It doesn’t matter what your fitness level is. Just show up! Once you’re in class, get ready for a ride, because you will feel this experience! Shereta’s motto is, “Be grateful for what you can do today,” because she’ll take whatever you have and ask you for more. Shereta has a special place in her heart for uplifting, good music that span R&B, hip hop, pop, jazz and instrumental dance versions of popular songs. Shereta is accredited by the Athletics in Fitness Association of America (AFAA) and holds multiple certifications in group and private training, spinning and additional fitness specializations.
